Moro & Co Global was founded by Jamil Lamouadan, a Supply Chain Management Master’s graduate from the University of Brighton, native to the Agadir region of Morocco.

Growing up surrounded by the ancient Argan biospheres, Jamil witnessed first-hand the profound beauty and rarity of 'liquid gold,' as well as the generational craftsmanship of the women's cooperatives protecting it. Years later, while pursuing advanced logistics research in the UK, he recognized a critical disconnect between high-end luxury wellness and environmental sustainability.

Moro & Co Global is the intersection of these two worlds. By combining authentic Moroccan heritage with cutting-edge circular infrastructure, Jamil has designed an asset-light, closed-loop network that brings the purest organic Argan oil to the UK’s most exclusive spas, proving that true luxury does not create waste, it preserves legacy.
